Celiac diseases are a condition which forces people to stay off gluten and gluten based products. Doctors recommend that those who have this physical incapability to digest gluten should stay off it. While shopping for food items such as bread, desserts etc. It should always be kept in the mind that gluten is to be avoided. We live in a world which practically lives off flour. Be it wheat or rye or barley, most of the food items that we consume has them. In parties, get together and even religious occasions bread is distributed and offered. It is quite difficult to actually avoid consuming gluten. Even if it is accidentally, one has every chance of consuming it. So even if you are looking for gluten free desserts there are every chance that your favorite dessert is not gluten free and you can very easily end up having an infection, severe stomach cramps, trauma and stress.
